Hot Thai Stem Massage

Hot Thai Stem Massage was developed by Gislea in Milford PA after over 35 years of massage experience and extensive post graduate training in a variety of modalities. The effectiveness are deeply relaxing for the recipient and reduces repetitive strain for the practitioner.

This method combines

  • Acupressure (light finger & palm pressure along Sen Lines and Marma Points)
  • Lymphatic Drainage (feather-light touch to stimulate lymphatic system)
  • Thai Yoga Massage (assisted breathing and stretching)
  • Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage (used with massage oil, movements encompass the body to soothe and bring emotional release)
  • Thai Herbal Stem Massage (Stems are made with a blend of herbs to relieve aches and pains and more)

What to expect when you recieve a Hot Thai Stem Massage

Like regular massage therapy, you will disrobe and lay on a massage table. Your body will be worked one limb at a time with the methods listed above. The techniques’ strength is in the gentle touch with the stems doing most of the theraputic work. The stems, or herbal compresses are steamed and rolled on the skin. The massage takes an hour and a half for a complete effect.

You should drink plenty of water afterwards and make sure you take it easy for the rest of the day as the effects bring about a profound sense of relaxation and well-being.
